Good day, my name is Arthur Siegel. I'm an internal medicine doctor at Harvard Medical School, and I am here at this meeting to present my career’s work. I aim to promote the use of low-dose aspirin guided by coronary artery calcium scoring for primary prevention in office practice. I hope to save many lives by identifying individuals with subclinical coronary atherosclerosis who are at risk of sudden death. I am thrilled to be at this meeting and congratulate the organizers for bringing us together in Paris.
